On 18 December, the National Center for Development of Wood - CNDB - in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lozere, organized the visit of a bioclimatic house with low energy consumption of the Bruel Esclanèdes.

Ms. Cordesse was kind enough to open the doors of his house and this visit was a success, with the presence of nearly 35 people.

The architect Celine Cablat the Ferréol Coerchon heating engineer, the carpenter: the father and son Martin company based in Javols and the property owner responded with pleasure to all questions:

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lozere and the National Committee for the Development of Wood organize Saturday, December 18, 2010, the visit of a bioclimatic house energy efficient, positioned in a field with an average slope of 50% , facing south and overlooking the Lot valley.

The tour will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the presence of the architect, the heating engineer and other trades.

Brief description: WOOD HOUSE VISIT

Living heated to 103 sqm, timber frame, large veranda / solar greenhouse / entry, facing south (7m frontage), VMC turbofan high yield (93%), cold roof (23m ² of solar panels) isolated by the cellulose wadding, under a rain-thick wood fiber sands.
